Jessica Tota, MA, LPC, CRC
Jess is a Denver, CO based Licensed Professional Counselor who uses a trauma-informed, integrative, and person-centered approach to care. Jess works with adults who are seeking assistance to better manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar I/II, BPD, among other concerns. She also helps individuals navigate life transitions, traumatic experiences, gender identity, difficult relationships, and career adjustment.
Jess uses treatment modalities from CBT, DBT, CPT, IFS, Mindfulness, Positive Psychotherapy, and more. If you are hoping to heal from ongoing or previous traumatic experiences, Jess is trained in Brainspotting- a leading treatment for processing trauma.
In her free time, you can find Jess’s nose in a book, her garden, or hanging out with her animals and friends. She is a sex positive, gender-affirming, LGBTQ+ friendly, and open-minded clinician who strives to create a safe place for anyone looking for sanctuary.

Jess views everyone as more than just their symptoms/label and sees every individual as a whole being with a story. Come enjoy a mug of tea while we work towards becoming the person your future self knows you can be.
These sessions are somatic-focused, learning to form the mind-body connection, and use strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Brainspotting.
