Mental Health Counseling

Jess is a Licensed Professional Counselor who uses a trauma-informed, integrative, and person-centered approach to care. Jess works with adults who are seeking assistance to better manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar I/II, Borderline Personality Disorder, among other concerns. She also helps individuals navigate life transitions, traumatic experiences, gender identity, difficult relationships, and career adjustment. 

Jess uses treatment modalities from CBT, DBT, CPT, IFS, Mindfulness, Positive Psychotherapy, and more. If you are hoping to heal from ongoing or previous traumatic experiences, Jess is trained in Brainspotting- a leading treatment for processing trauma- and integrates various approaches to find healing.

In her free time, you can find Jess’s nose in a book, her garden, or hanging out with her animals and friends. She is a sex positive, gender-affirming, LGBTQ+ friendly, and open-minded clinician who strives to create a safe place for anyone looking for sanctuary.

Jess offers 60-minute individual therapy sessions geared towards your personal treatment goals, utilizing a person-centered approach made from modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, CPT, ACT, mindfulness, and positive psychology.
